Received a pool pump from in the swim that did not work. It hums but does not pump any water. I called in the swim who referred me to Hayward, the manufacturer of the pool pump. They said it needed to be handled directly thru the manufacturer. I called Hayward who said I needed to register the product, which I did, and that it would be covered in 3 days. I contacted the pool store referred to by Hayward, which is 20 miles away, only to find out they do not service pumps they did not sell and was referred back to in the swim. I called in the swim today, as my pool continues to turn green, and they told me it wasn't their problem, even after speaking with a supervisor, that I need to deal with Hayward. I am not even looking for my money back, just for a replacement product that works. Resolution Sought I would like my pool pump replaced with one that works with an additional allowance for chemicals to treat my pool that continues to turn more green and gross, as I do not have a functioning pump.

I returned a pool liner in the box to them never opened. They told me that they sent my refund to my account. This didn't happen checked with my bank. They then said they wanted to give me a gift card I told that didn't want that. Resolution Sought Send me a refund as soon as possible.
