Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I signed up with sweet deals for a special offer of $19.99 to join Sam's Club. I have followed instructions with no avail. Have sent 2 messages to them with no reply. I believe I may have been scammed. Resolution Sought Refund my money.
