I need a new card and they are telling me my address is not valid and they have sent me a card at the address I gave I need a new card before my goes on my card by the 3rd of March so I can pay my bill please get me a new card Resolution Sought A new card

I was given a Vanilla Visa Gift card for Christmas. I went to use it and it said there was an issue with the card. I called the customer service line and they told me there was an issue with the activation of the card. They said they couldn't do anything unless I had a receipt for the gift card. I talked to a supervisor as well. I don't have a receipt for this gift card. It was a gift to me. Why would I have a receipt. I just want the gift that was given to me. Resolution Sought I would like the business to reissue the gift card with the correct amount on it.
