They refused to refund me for my claim on two purchases on 2/10/26, 32.61 and 9.88. And I am surprised that my claim wasn't approved. Since I did not make those purchases. They should at least send me a refund for the loss by sending me a refund check. I do not feel that Vanilla Gift is a safe and secure alternative to a debit. As I had originally had thought. I now regret using their card gift card service. Incomm doesn't seem to be reliable especially in delicate matters as I went through. My bank would have reimbursed me without question. Resolution Sought Refund for fraudulent purchases not made by me.
