Customer Complaint

Incredible Coatings painted and sealed my driveway and the coating in some areas (not all) began to show a lack of adhesion. Upon communicating this to the contractor and his inspection he agreed to redo the drive. I asked to change the color (since he would have to repaint and coat anyway) as well as omit the flakes which I paid $200.00 in addition, and he did. After the job was completed and waiting 10 full days for curing I parked my car on the driveway and the next morning I noticed that the surface the car wheels had touched on the driveway peeled. After contacting the contracting he is refusing to repair stating (in essence) he has done enough and any further work I would have to pay although he has a disclaimer of a 10-year warranty. Resolution Sought Repair the areas that are peeled. If not return the money I did pay for the original job so I can find someone who could fix the driveway.

Customer states: I am not satisfied with their response. This is the company I did business with. Adam is the person I've dealt with, who also claims to be the owner. (Copy of contract provided to BCA for review). Resolution remains the same, Repair the areas that are peeled. If not return the money I did pay for the original job so I can find someone who could fix the driveway.
