Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. I've applied to over 100 different jobs on www.indeed.com but I never heard back from any company. Also, it was being said that these employers been purposely posting fake jobs to get their current employees to work harder. Apparently, indeed is not doing anything about it and it's not fair. Resolution Sought Get employers/companies to email people back a day or two later. And I want the business to add another layer of verification for these companies/ businesses because they are phishy about their " hiring process and jobs".

I'm not sure if you guys are the person I should be speaking to. Indeed has job postings, I had applied to a remote job. The job seem legit, however they wanted me to open a new bank account and they would transfer money to my account. Then I would need to transfer some where else. Each transfer would pay me 2.5. I recently got my life insurance license. This is money laundering and it's illegal. Indeed has no number you can o ly "report" suspicious job posting. The posting and company is still on Indeed. Further more I tried leaving an honest review to warn others and they said it's not in the "guideline" I have text saved from this fake company. Resolution Sought I would like Indeed to take the necessary steps to remove the company that goes by another name Infocus film school (to cover themselves). To take this serious, these people are going to get other innocent people in trouble with there illegal practices and for indeed report them to the appropriate authority so they can be investigated. I have proof of conversation asking me to open an account screenshots of everything to help out
