Purchased a car on may 17. Picked up may 19th. 2007 Nissan Murano. On the ride home the check engine light went on. Brought car back next day. Since then it's been back and forth. First month I had the car for three days. Rest of time was back in shop. Brought to my own mechanic and he spoke to dealer about various problems. At first he was very good trying to fix problems. I am a senior in mass and cannot afford to keep buying cars and he was aware of this. I have extensive notes about everything that has happened and can supply verification from my mechanic. Check engine light is still on and my warranty has expired. I've been trying to deal with him by phone but he will not return calls. Car was clearly not ready to be put on lot for sale. So now the check engine light is still on and he has ignored me for three weeks. Resolution Sought I would like a refund for the 6500. Plus reg fees because clearly this car is going to be nothing but problems.
