I purchased a travel trailer and when I went to pick it up there was people squatting in it in the trailer park . The sheriff said I was going to have to evict them. That was before the pandemic . They have collected 400$ a month for almost two years on a unregistered trailer that I own and I haven't received anything as the owner. It's been stolen from me but since it's on private property and the people won't get out of it and somehow I'm the one who has to evict them when I don't want them in it to begin with. The park has collected 15000 on my trailer since I purchased it when it's illegal to rent to a unregistered trailer. They should either purchase it from me or I should be entitled to a large amount of the money they have made off a trailer I own . Please help me with this thank you. Resolution Sought I should receive rent money collected by the park since I've purchased the trailer and haven't been able to remove it from the park, they broke the law for renting a space out to a unregistered trailer and I should receive money for all damages to my property while it's been on there property. They prevented me from obtaining my travel trailer so they can keep receiving monthly rent money and holding me responsible for evicting them. Its complicated but I can explain better over the phone
