On 7/6/21 I set up a payment arrangement and paid 10.00. I was told that I would have to pay the whole amount of the bill + the agreed upon arrangement amount. I was told that I would not have to worry about disconnection. On 7/15/21 I received a disconnect notice. I called 7/16/21 and was told that I have to pay Monday 7/19/21 78.53. The lady told me that they only do arrangements for bills over 500. She also told me to contact an agency for help and I told her there is no agency that assists with water bills. So now I have to go without water Resolution Sought Credit account
