This company is a complete fraud and misrepresentation of what they are supposed to offer. I had a problem within the first month and asked whom I could contact for a refund and the person in charge would not give me anyone higher to contact. I was shown a book of potential matches and they were nothing like the matches that were on the website and available. During my interview I was informed I would have a consultant working with me to find matches based on paperwork I had filled out, which is completely inaccurate. My paperwork has never been used, I don't have a consultant and they have not d provided me with matches. When I reached out to the woman who told me she was going to be my consultant, I was informed she is based out of Minneapolis and was just assisting at the Indy location, so she lied to my face. I requested a refund within the first month bc I went to a mixer that showed what a fraud they were. I spoke with everyone there and they shared the same disappointment. On top of it all I found out I could've paid less if I negotiated, which I tried to do when I asked for a discount if I paid cash. I should've gotten on a payment plan bc I found out from several others that they just quit paying. Instead I'm out my money and was lied to about the whole program. I was informed they would reach out to the people I was interested in, but they never got back with me, their idea of reaching out was a form email which doesn't even reply with my name or information. Resolution Sought I would like some sort of refund, as well as the company to be held accountable for the misrepresentation of their services. The manager actually was confrontational when I requested a refund within the first month.
