They sold me an 05 Trailblazer for $8995.00,55000 miles on it. After taking it to a dealership, found out the frame is completely rusted out and vehicle is worthless. This is not going to happen going to try legal system first. Resolution Sought Take the vehicle back For a full refund.

Attached you will find a few of the purchasing documents that Mr. Toth signed at the time of sale. I have spoken with him many times regarding this issue and he has been unwilling to agree to anything other than a full refund. He signed many documents stating that rust might be an issue and that he was welcome to take to a mechanic. He denied all attempts to take it to a third party mechanic for an unbiased opinion of the car and assumed full responsibility for any and all future repairs as he is the current owner of the vehicle now.
