My debit card was used for a fraudulent transaction (USD$2000.00) at this car company. The merchant refuses to take calls, text or respond to emails. Resolution Sought I would like to business to provide a full refund of the funds obtained through fraud.

Just saw this. As far as I'm aware xavier was advised to report the transaction with his bank so that wells fargo could refund him and he did just that. The funds were removed from my account before he even made this complaint through yall. If I'm not mistaken the reason we asked him to do so this way is because we did not know how to have the funds reversed from the merchant services. In the end he got his money reimbursed by the merchant services provider without any fight back from me and so I do not see what the issue is now. If he already has his money unfortunately if he does not know how to safe guard his own information. This is not something I have control over feel free to contact whoever you feel necessary if further information is needed. I am more than happy to forward my lawyers contact information.
