What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. Needed a refund for my deceased father's account at The Indy Star.

My father passed away and I requested a refund from The Indy Star. After several unsuccessful phone calls , I contacted the BCA for help. They were able to put me in contact with someone who could help me (Blair) and he was very kind, efficient and helpful. I received the refund check two weeks later. I appreciate his help in resolving this matter and only wish I could've found someone to help me 7 months ago when I first requested the refund.
