I placed a order for 3 bottles if Sea Moss. As I began reading the ingredients I called my doctor and was told that some of the ingredients would interfere with my meds. I've been calling the return policy number for 2 weeks now to inquire on how to send back for a refund. I even emailed several times and no response. The recording constantly say how busy they are and will get back to me. I have 60 days to return this product but no one will respond to me on how to return. Resolution Sought Inform me on how to return for a refund.

I placed an order with IntimateAge for 3 bottles of sea moss on July 8th, shortly after I received a message to enter my card info again to send more money in order to ship my order, when I had already received confirmation after taking my $83 that order was complete. The email was a suspicious one, then I start reading your reviews & results on BBB., I knew them to request my money back, and their policy is total refund, no questions asked. I've heard nothing back after requested in writing, I called left several voice mails, now there's no communication from them at all. I request my money back in less than 12 hrs. I need your help to please reach out to this company. Thank u so very much!! Resolution Sought I would like for Intimate Age to refund my card for the entire amount I entrusted to them.
