The contractor will not respond to my request for a project update. I've tried multiple times to no avail. It's been over 5 months since we executed our contact. This company advertises a permit number CGC 1514713. I've since discovered this number is issued to a different company and the permit is delinquent. What are my options? Resolution Sought We would either complete the project or refund our deposit.
