I purchased a car from individual and he did not put the car in his name first off. Second he verbally said he'd give me a week to return the car also. Upon looking at the title I seen it wasn't in the sellers name so I called my local clerk and master here in town and asked them what I should do. They said oh people do that all the time. So I went there and registered the car that day. Three days later the car breaks down. It won't start. So I first get it towed to a little shop here in town. They tell me it is the ignition modulator but it will have to go to a dealership because it needs codes they can't do there. I then call the dealership get appointment and have my car towed two hours away to the dealership. Well they come back with my car needs a motor. I'm like no way there's nothing wrong with motor. It was driving so good. No noise. Nothing. Against my better judgment my husband said they was the experts and I paid like 5700 that took them over a month to put in. When I come pick the car up they first tell me my car was there 5 months before and then it needed this hybrid battery that would cost 17,000 and it was so dangerous to put in that they would be afraid to touch it. I'm like what I just put a motor in a car. Paid 5700 to do this and now ya inform me of this. I'm upset. I wanted my car parts back they wouldn't give them to me and I left pretty upset. I get almost back home and the car starts running hot and it's not shifting right sounds like the transmissi Resolution Sought I would like them to return money for motor, labor, tow bill and they have made my lupus come out of remission cause of the stress it's has caused me.
