I'm writing this email because I am a customer in a challenging and unfortunate situation. I recently purchased a pre-owned white 2017 Q50s 400 sport. I put 6000 miles in the short time that I had it. The first time I had an issue with my car was when I went to get it inspected, and it wouldn't pass inspection locally, so I took it to the Infinity service dealership in Lynbrook, Long Island. They didn't tell me what the issue was with the car, but they inspected my car. A few months later, In April of 2022, I was driving and started having electrical problems with my vehicle. It was glitching; the windows were not going down, nor were the doors opening or closing. Once again, I took it to the dealership. Frank, the service dealership manager of the Lynbrook location, said he would look into the problem and keep me updated. He did the complete opposite; their customer service was horrible, and he (Frank) did not transparently communicate to me what was going on. After a few days of absolutely no communication, I called Frank, and he then advised me that "a fuse in the car keeps blowing, but he can't identify the problem." Fast-forwarding to a week without my car, I told him this was a massive inconvenience because I have a two-year-old child and no additional means of transportation. I reached out to his Manager Eddie who is the Manager at the Infinity Dealership of Lynbrook, to explain the issues that I was having. Frank then says he will try to p Resolution Sought Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Reimburse for wasting my money, time and inconvenience

Company states; As we responded before, The customer had water damage to his vehicle not covered to which we were able to get INFINITI to Good Will all but $1000 to repair. The customer agreed to the repair and then asked if we could buy them out of the vehicle. We completed the transaction and purchased the vehicle from the customer.
