Infinity Ink uses unethical business practices, and tries to scam you out of money. They shipped items to us one time for a trial and then continued to ship ink cartridges without any authorization. They shipped me cartridges for a printer I did not want and it was nearly impossible to return them. It took months to get resolved, along with several nasty emails and phone calls, and threats to report them to the BBB. We shipped the items back, paid a restocking fee, paid back a gift card that was used as an incentive, and asked to have the account closed. It was settled in November 2024. Today 11/14/25, I received a call from Victoria at Infinity Ink that another shipment is ready. I told her we did not want any more shipments, that the account is resolved and we will not be paying for any more ink cartridges. All invoices are paid and there is even a credit on our account. We will not be paying for any further products. Resolution Sought Cancel our account, never ship us items, and never contact us again to do business. At this point, you can keep the credit on our account, as long as you stop harassing us for business.

Infinity Ink is a total Sham. They shop items to you one tome and then continue to ship ink cartridges without any authorization. they shipped me cartridges for a printer i did not have any more and it was an act of God to get them returned. Once they were returned(with RMA from them) they did not credit but shipped more cartridges. it took me months to get it straightened out. It was settled in November 2024. they were paid for cartridges. then out of the blue yesterday 3/4/25 i get a call that my shipment is ready after i had sent a certified letter to them stating i did not want any further shipments and to close my account. I get call today 3/5/25 and was told the only way they could close my account was for the incentives they sent to be paid back. Gift card was sent with each order as an incentive, now they want that paid back inorder to close the account>> Totally unprofessional, liars, thieves, All invoices are paid and now they want the incentives back, total Farce! Nathan sent M&M;s, Sara and Victoria sent gift cards. i guess they want the M& M's back too!! Resolution Sought Account to be closed and incentives to be treated as they were intended. i will pay them back out of my own pocket if i have to just to get them off my back!
