Stay Away from Infinology/Servergrid

I have been a client for Infinology since April 2003. Starting last week, I started receiving emails from them saying my account will be suspended for non-payment. I paid my bill for 4/6/15 - 4/5/16 on 4/7/15 and yet the email claims I am unpaid. I have sent them numerous emails showing my credit card statement showing their name and amount paid and also a screen shot of the "paid" amount from my account control panel. I have not heard back from anyone even though I have sent a total of 7 emails. The have no phone number listed and they have many names and locations listed depending on how you search. The use a Houston, TX PO box address and then also show an address in CA. The company can be reached at infinology.com or .net and then on .net it shows Servergrid's information. So, not sure how the 2 companies are connected, while they also share the same PO box in TX. The lack of response to a long-standing customer just gets me. If they wanted to drop my services there were other ways to go about it. I believe they waited the exact length of time to tell me they are suspending my service so I can't go after them through my credit card company. If they do this to at least a 100 customers the owners of this hosting company can scam thousands of dollars. The BBB of TX couldn't help me since Infinology is not a registered company with BBB and the only thing BBB can do is send them notice. If Infinology chooses not to respond BBB can do nothing further. I am now trying to get a complaint filed with the Attorney General's - Consumer Protection in TX. I only purchase the hosting and manage everything else. I had the website set up by an ex-husband and so not easy to switch to another company. Every year I pay my subscription and that's the only interaction I have directly with the company and only through email since they do not have a phone number listed anywhere. I am surprised they can register a company without a phone number - but these scammers managed to do that!
