Please do not make the mistake that I did...I trusted InfraredSaunaParts.com to deliver what they advertised and promise. I purchased the kit they sell to replace/repair my sauna's power supply, control panel and connections.I was sent parts that would not connect, wouldn't work, not for my model, etc. After several sending back of their products, I said I want a full refund. I was told ship everything back, here is an RMA and once received we will refund your money in 10 days. That was months ago, with no answer to emails, voicemail. I have been left with a beautiful cedar shell that doesn't work and worse....they have all my old parts. So I am out $700 and hours spent trying to get the right parts. BTW it appears that SaunaGuru is related...they processed my credit card and items were shipped from Advance Goods and Enlighten? At the least they were not professional and at the worse???
