Four days ago I took a shower cartridge to that store show it to the manager first he said he did not have it then he said yes I have it he showed it to me and I told him that did not seem to be the right one and he insisted that it was then I asked him if he would take it back if if did not fit and he said yes now that I took it back cause it did not fit he said I can't take it back cause is missing a gasket and I told him regardless you should return my money you promised me and maybe the gasket got lost while in transit and I told him that he insisted and he said I did not force you and that is right he did not but he is not a plumber to tell me it was the right part anyways he said I'm it going to refund your money then I asked to talk to the owner and he ignored me so I left the store I do have a sales receipt and the part I bought from him. Resolution Sought Just to refund my money cause the part he sold me is not the right one.

Company states; Customer came with an incomplete cartridge to return. We explained that we had no replacements for the seals and asked him to bring the complete cartridge and we will refund the money to him with no problem.
