They are handling peoples virtual deposits on venmo but have no customer service that you can talk to and it feels fake

Had an error message when I tried to upload my stimulus check. Paypal gave me Ingos customer service number and said they have to process check manually. After long wait time never was able to reach anyone from customer service. On hold for an hour and thirty minutes.
