Me and my friend came here for a Friday the 13th event today (9/13/2024) that advertised $31 tattoos with a $9 dollar tip. We got there at 12:07, 7 minutes after the event started, and the line had about 10-14 people in it while the people running the event arrived at the same time I did. The doors didn't open until 12:44 pm and we waited an hour and a half before we filled out paperwork, got inside, and paid for the services we intended to get (4 tattoos in total and 1 nose piercing). We were then made to wait an additional 2 and a half hours to wait for the 10-14 people to get their services. My friend got her nose piercing 10 minutes after paying because there was no wait on piercings. At 4 pm we tried to leave and ask for our money back because I had work in an hour and I live 20 minutes away from Taylor, the woman that was helping organize told us we were next in line and to wait it out which we tried to do, however another 30 minutes passed and the tattoo artist was starting on a second client that also had two tattoos lined up and it seemed each tattoo was taking over 30 minutes despite their small size. at around 4:40 pm we went to ask for our money again and the lady took our paperwork and went to Nicole the piercer to talk about it and came back saying that cash was non refundable and to ask the tattoo artist to make a deal with us for our next visit to which we said no after consulting our parents. we were told to wait on Nicole and waited an additional 30 minutes Resolution Sought I would like the 40 dollars cash that I paid and my friend to get the 120 dollars cash she paid for a service we did not receive.
