Bought ink cartridge Yellow color-LEXMARK -brand. Did not install reason is observed leakage of Yellow color powder on casing of cartridge. Observed very low level of Yellow ink powder through the observation port. They are not honoring my request to correct the problem as well as they are giving me the run around between Ink technologies and LEXMARK the manufacturer. Thank you for your assistance. . Resolution Sought Ink Technologies must send to me a new Yellow cartridge. After I receive the new Yellow cartridge and inspect it to be free from all defects. I will ship back the defective Yellow cartridge to Ink Technologies in Dayton Ohio all expenses incurred is due to their defective product which they have to pay. They are not allowed to use my credit card for any reason. Thank you for your support

Lexmark representative in the country of Columbia after giving him all information that he requested said that Ink Technologies has the warranty. I don't know who is responsible for me being shuttled around and I hold Ink technologies since they got my money and they were complete US DOLLARS and of the Dollars were defective. I did not see their policy.
