Paid for a Tapout tattoo session for $550 which should have lasted the whole of business hours of the day. Brandon did one tattoo which took about 2 hours and had to leave to pick up his girlfriend due to car breaking down in the heat with a baby in it. Rescheduled session 4 times and every time always an excuse that had to cancel. In addition paid for another tattoo that was a special he was running for which I paid $125. Never received that tattoo either. Every time I ask about my refund of $400 because he did do one tattoo though the point was I had to Tapout not him leave, he makes excuses or says after the sessions he has scheduled or just fails to respond. Very poor business practices. I have been waiting 3 months. I refuse to reschedule due to already canceled 4 times. I just want my money back. He did reimburse $75 but still owes me the $400 Resolution Sought Give me my money back. To be honest he should have to reimburse $600 dues to the fact The original date of the Tapout was July 25th
