I order three weeks a go a trailer for mi mini excavator and I specify the load need to be carried. A week later they call me and show me a small one and they said they will be building another one for 1600 dollars more to fit mi load and I agree they said they will have it ready in one week and they haven't when I ask them for a refund they decline to refund no money they are not willing to give me mi money back plus their employees all woman's are really rude all of them are the same the customer service is the worst. Resolution Sought Refund my money so I con go purchase some where else but they have de lined to do so.

We have received complaint, and we would like to inform you that there was a miscommunication from both parties, but glad to say that the issue has been resolved. Trailer was picked up by customer's son on August 13, 2022 at around noon. Customer was contacted approx on August 3, 2022, via text, and by phone call a week prior to pick up, and was also aware of the charges. The trailer that was initially built for the customer needed to be added to our inventory for us to resell since it did not meet customer's satisfaction. We rebuilt a new trailer with higher specs, and customized it to customer's needs. Customer approved the changes. To conclude, customer was satisfied with the outcome, and we did not receive any negative feedback. Thank you for your attention and we appreciate your input.
