Made an appointment and it all my paperwork on the Internet per their requirement drivers license my physical picture for that day, my insurance. Both front and back when I got there an hour later I realized my wallet I left home. She would not look up my information. I sent via internet to there office. I am still grateful I did not give them my credit card number or my bank card number. I'm sure I would've been charged for service I did not receive. I wouldn't go back there. I'd rather wait in the emergency room pay the same amount of money but get better care.! Resolution Sought When a person goes on the Internet and follows their protocol California drivers license front and back insurance card front and back a current picture of themselves. But they cannot take the moment to look at it. Absolutely unprofessional. I would never go back nor would I ever state that that is a reliable and dependable place.
