Feb. 16th, I requested to purchase unlimited minutes for 19.95 to communicate with my incarcerated son although I couldn't use their services to complicated to use , so I requested a refund, I emailed them a couple of times to no avail, there phone is no longer in service, but they still continue to draft from our bank , 19.95 I have submitted a few more emails , no luck as of, March 18th 2022, only my opinion I think this company preys on the desperation of a parent to keep in touch with a love one. Resolution Sought To be reimbursed.
