I stayed at the inn of long beach yesterday, long shoreman traveling for work, we checked in Friday evening, on Saturday morning we did not go to work, about 9:30am housekeeping came in, she stated she knocked but I was awake and did not hear a knock, they claim at 9:30 they are able to enter, but no sign was posted stating, check out was 11 am, she asked if we were staying or checking out, I told her that we did not like her just entering the room, all was understood. The next day, we were in the room, and they entered the room again unannounced. She stated she knocked again, this was around 9:30 am, she had another lady with her. The manager came and accused me of being disrespectful, calling the cleaning lady names, but I did not. We cleared the situation, decided to stay another night, they cleaned the room, we left we to work. When we return from work at 10pm the door wont open, we go to the front desk, they tell us we are banned and not able to stay there. We paid for the room, they stated they would refund after 3 days, but they left us with nowhere to stay. Our stuff was still in the room, the room was cleaned out and the front desk stated nothing was left. That I could call the police if I wanted but that the room was empty.
