First packaging was ripped up but I am so much pain I kept the Sonic Comfort Neck Massager. The massager is not for me, not comfortable. My Doctor didn't like it also!! I should've Retuned it from the beginning! Can't contact company!! Phone number and Email Don't Work!! Please can Consumers help me? Resolution Sought Help me with Returning this Sonic Comfort Neck Massager Please!!
