The company responded to a previous complaint stating they would mail my title and letter of release in June are July. I accepted their response and waited to receive my title. We are now in August and I still don't have my title. I've contacted them several times and have been told that my title will be mailed out are they will contact their title department. Still no results and no title. Resolution Sought I simply want my title that I paid off in April 2021.
