I originally purchased a prepaid card from Cash1 in Antioch CA they were advertising the Insight Card. I had been using with no problem. On 4/13/22 I uploaded $260 @Walmart in Antioch CA. I paid my car insurance at the general for $155.98 on 4/13/22. I also attempted to pay $100 to PG&E but it declined. Not sure why when I had just uploaded the money and not used the card to pay my insurance. So I contacted my card it now says I hay $1.03 on it which is odd. So I contacted Cash 1 & spoke to Leticia who pulled the transaction on the card. It showed PG&e took payment for $102.35. But upon contacting PG&e they stated the payment failed & I can sign into my online account. So just like PG& e stated when I signed into my online account it showed payment failed. So myself and the asst supervisor Leticia at Cash1 contacted Insight they told me I needed to fax over the payment history of PG&E where it showed payment failed on 4/13/22 even though the card had just be uploaded at Walmart 2hours prior. I fax over the paperwork to 866-354-5673 on 4/13/22 & again on 4/14/22 after they stated the didn't receive on 4/13/22 myself and mgmt confirmed fax number. I included on the PG&e statement what was asked of me which was the Merchant name and phone number, my insight card#, the disputed amount $100.00( which is also disclosed on PG&e statement) Attn Authorization Released. Insight told Cash1 & also myself the money would post within 1 hour. I've been waiting since Wednesday. Help Me!!! Resolution Sought To have the $100.00 reimbursement put back on my card. I'm done with this company after this. This is considered FRAUD in my opinion to take someone money and it's not where it should be not to mention they charged you $1.00 to speak to someone and I called twice and they disconnected. Not to mention this card is now overdrawn how that it's prepaid this business needs to thoroughly investigated and possibly shutdown.

Honk Tonk claims they refunded my $318.00 due to them being unable to give me a tow or services which were not rendered. However, after filing a complaint against st them to you guys it's believed to have been determined that they did refund it but insight mobile banking just has not yet put it back onto my Card #4018 4000 0588 9070, 4018 4000 0588, 4018 4000 0643 1955 or 4018 4000 0617 6956 as I have four (4) cards with them and paid with one of those cards with it believed to be the one ending in 9070 but if not then one of the other three. Just need my refund. Thanks. Resolution Sought My $318.00 refund.
