Mr Rose is known here as the deal breaker and may have just caused me to loose 515.000.

Mr Rose conducted a home inspection he found no issues with the heating electrical plumbing all major items passed. He found several items flashing and cracks in outside structural areas. I had my builder look at what he listed he asked how he could stand 25 feet below the flashing in question and conduct an inspection he also said that the cracks very small had nothing to do with the support which Mr Rose stated could collapse. Mr Rose is known here as the deal breaker and may have just caused me to loose 515.000. CLOSE and cause no one else to put up with his incompetence
