Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I entered into a construction contract agreement with Michel Blair on the 23 of August 2022 to build. 10' x I0' shed for the total amount of $2,600.00. I paid him $1,300 which was due right away to purchase materials. He began the floor a few days later, then on August 29, 2022 I paid him $650.00. He worked a little more then began not showing up and telling me the price of lumber has sky rocketed a lot in the last few days. To the contrary, lumber has come down in cost, but he wouldn't listen to me. He began not showing up at all, the wood materials latex in rain for many days uncovered. He came weeks later, took his tools which also payed in the rain and left. I have had no contact with him in 4 weeks at least as he will not answer text messages or phone calls. $650.00 more is due at completion of job, which I have not paid him. I have a new contractor to do the job who is unable to use warped and moldy building materials. My property was in complete disarray, killing grass and lumber was left in a mess. Someone else cleaned it up. Resolution Sought I would like a refund of $1,950.00.
