Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A new roof, gutters, Sofit facia, and new siding put on my house, gutters were not installed securely, therefore when a multiple number of ice storms caused the gutters to peel off from my house, causing damage to my siding. Co. Now is giving me the run around to fix the siding that was damaged due to their negligence and half fast work. I am paying over a 100,000 dollars for these two projects in which I have not missed one payment and yet I feel the co. Has very little interest on fixing a problem they caused by doing medeocker work. Resolution Sought Simply fix all of their mistakes and follow threw with the dates given to me and take responsibility for the negligence on their part. Give me a discount on the companies poor work ethics and stress that was caused to me and my family. When the gutters peeled off the upper level of my three story home it fell directly onto my driveway and my neighbor's house which belongs to my elderly parents and my mentally challenged brother.
