I bought a car from this business 4-8-22and the engine computer went out on it not even 14 days later and after getting the run around for 2 months they sent a truck to repo the car now they are saying that I have to pay the car completely off every time I call they tell me I don't know and hang up in my face I don't feel that I should take such a big loss , I put 1500. Dollars down and made my payments even when the car was broke down as sign of good faith now they want me to pay them 17,000.00 for a car that don't even run Resolution Sought I would like for them to either get the car fixed and return it to me so that I can resume paying for it , or put me in another car.

The complainant obtained a car loan using fraudulent information. Due to this crime, she isn't entitled to any civil damages and possibly faces criminal prosecution.

The response is not valid. I don't have a loan, I have been making CASH payments in person. And, I was still making a payment even though my car was there for repairs. I need my car repaired and returned as they stated they would do. I was given a warranty and took the car in for repair, and the car was never returned to me. Now they're telling me I can't get my car until I pay it off in full. My contract states I'm able to make a payment every two weeks. Please repair and return my car!
