Scam no stars

I applied for a loan on instant cash pot and got a phone call from an Indian guy Frank Williams. I asked the name of the company and he said starscale financial. So they got my info already from that website and everytime I look up ICP this comes up. This happened on August 30th and I had a netcredit loan taken out with my info. There also under the name Cashspotusa.
