They do NOT provide all the information that 'cannot be found' just by looking on Google or other search sites and charge you MORE to get further into their system. They say it's 'not their fault' that information cannot be found since they are information aggregators and the information may not be accurate. I ran a double check on people I knew and found mostly flawed info. They do NOT provide 'criminal information' on someone without paying a great deal more and, when one does that... the information is missing, inaccurate or incomplete. They say that's not their fault. Use another source (check to be sure the 'other source' has not been bought out by them and part of their ineffective network). They really appear to be a SCAM. IF you use them, be SURE to use an AMEX card if you have one. AMEX will back you up and delete the charges when you tell them what has happened. Too... AMEX keeps records of negative reports and will, eventually, drop them as a client.
