Poor Customer Service!!

I was supposed to go in and pay $5 dollars that I owed for my car payment. I went in and paid $200 thinking it would out me ahead, then I get a call as soon as I leave from a case manager named Jane. She said I still owed $55 and if I didn't pay it they were shutting my car off this very same day. I explained my husband was in hospital and had been here for 5 day, the lady (Jane) said she could give me a 48 hour extension to pay this. Well then a little later I go out of the hospital and get in my car and it was shut off. I called and talked to them again and the gave me an emergency code and said I now have unil 3pm tomorrow ( October 26) to pay the $55 or they are shutting me off again. I assured them that i would be in to pay! Then I get a call out of nowhere from this case manager, Jane asking me again if i was going to come in and pay. While on the phone she had completely disrespected me told me to tell my husband to be quit and quit talking when nothing he was saying even pertained to her. Then got rude with me and hung up. All their calls are recorded so this can be proved!!! This is not the fist...but second time this lady had done this to me!!! I would like this lady to be fired. She has no common courtesy and does not know the meaning of customer service. If she's treating me like this she is doing it to others and it not rite!!!! If having to rate them I give them an absolute ZERO!!!!
