What is a Verified Review? We do our best to ensure that the reviews posted are authentic. If we determine, in our sole judgment, that a review may not be genuine, that is, it may not have been posted by a customer, we will remove it. Company did the right thing

It’s a shame i had to go through such lengths to get my total refund. Very grateful for that! However; if you order from this company and want to cancel, make sure you call them just before your two week period is up. If you call too soon they charge a $10 restocking fee and shipping is on you. They will auto deduct from whatever card you used and I suggest you call a couple of times to confirm the exact cancellation date, or you’ll be in the same boat I was in. Overall, I’m very happy with their commitment to honor my request. All monies have been refunded.
