I brought my 4 1/2 month old iPhone 14 pro to Asurion, where Verizon sends Verizon insured people. They said my screen was cracked and the battery expanded and I needed a new phone . I filled the claim out , received a phone , and went to Verizon for the transfer of one phone to another. Verizon also said to fill a claim out a claim for instaProtek because I had the warranty on the liquid glass to protect the screen . Instaprotek said no basically because I went to Verizon first before I claimed them . I was just doing what I was told . My screen was cracked and battery expanded so I needed to claim both at places . I paid the deductible for the phone Verizon sent me . Instaprotek warranty on the liquid glass is a year . My phone was purchased in may of 2023 . I also paid for liquid glass on the new phone I just received and sorry that I did as they do not honor their warranty. Please help , thank you Resolution Sought Pay me for the cracked screen covered under the warranty.

I bought the instaprotek liquid glass for my phone (sold through Verizon wireless). Went online and registered it through their app which is required for warranty purposes. In less than 1 year the screen cracked which was covered through their warranty. However, the warranty states that they will reimburse $200 towards a new screen should it Crack. I went to phone store and paid for the replacement. I started this process in November. I got the receipts, photos of the Crack and the order form from the company who replaced the screen sent all the information. After a phone call and numerous emails with instaprotek they finally verified everything I'd sent. The woman who i spoke to said I should receive a check in the mail in 8-10 business days(that was February 11th) It is now mid March and nothing. I contacted again saying I hadn't received anything yet. Now they're coming up with new reasons why it hasn't been sent out. This company is the biggest scam sold through a major phone sales store (Verizon wireless). Save your money people! Resolution Sought Send the reimbursement promised per their warranty policy.
