Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I brought my 4 1/2 month old iPhone 14 pro to Asurion, where Verizon sends Verizon insured people. They said my screen was cracked and the battery expanded and I needed a new phone . I filled the claim out , received a phone , and went to Verizon for the transfer of one phone to another. Verizon also said to fill a claim out a claim for instaProtek because I had the warranty on the liquid glass to protect the screen . Instaprotek said no basically because I went to Verizon first before I claimed them . I was just doing what I was told . My screen was cracked and battery expanded so I needed to claim both at places . I paid the deductible for the phone Verizon sent me . Instaprotek warranty on the liquid glass is a year . My phone was purchased in may of 2023 . I also paid for liquid glass on the new phone I just received and sorry that I did as they do not honor their warranty. Please help , thank you Resolution Sought Pay me for the cracked screen covered under the warranty.
