On March 2nd I ordered a jacket from this company. It was a gift, and when it arrived, I had the recipient try it on. It was a size 4XL, which was correct, but it fit poorly in the shoulders; and was too uncomfortable to wear. I requested a return authorization , about two weeks after I originally made the order. I was told I need a return authorization, and that it will follow soon. I requested an approximate wait time to expect, and they sent me the same form letter as before, with no answer. I made contact again, and received the form letter again, but this time with a a note about returns being automatically denied unless pictures were sent, so I sent pictures. I have contacted them 5 times over the course of six weeks. The lasted response requested all the information I had already provided previously, plus statement that no product will be refunded if the return period has run out of time. They also claim that "spamming them" will result in emails being deleted by their system. This is regarding, ORDER ST1932002 instastyled.com and was paid for using my PayPal balance. Resolution Sought I want the full purchase price returned. I expected to have to pay return shipping, but am not feeling too inclined to do this anymore.

Per consumer states; They ran out the clock on a full refund with return. However, they did give me partial credit (aprx 65%) for future purchases, quite quickly after I reported the problem to you. I'm more inclined to think it was your contact that precipitated this credit. Thankyou,

I recently purchased a jacket from this company & returned it back to the company b/c it didn't fit. I've tried several times to contact them, but to no prevail no one answers the phone & haven't returned my phone call. Please help me with this issue. I'm only requesting my $ 65 refund. Resolution Sought Issue me a full refund.
