Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I have been insured with Liberty Mutual since 2015. I did not notice I have been doubled insured. I reached out to Insurance Answer Center and they were going to provide me with proof that I signed up for this insurance. I never received anything and when I called back they explained that there was nothing on file. I have been trying to get my funds back since 4/1/22. I call Universal and they tell me I have to speak with the agent, I speak with agent and they tell me I have to get the funds from Universal. Resolution Sought Refund my money back to me.
