I was looking for insurance for my mother and myself. This online insurance co said no problem, well Ruby (she was helping me) said it was only going to be $43.50 for both me and my mom, well come to find out she charged me a extra ,$243.13, she said it was for the policy, then she made errors in the paperwork (on the sr-22 ) that I needed, stating that the Malibu was in my name, I told her that's wrong and that the DMV isn't going to honor that sr-22, she told me to have the Malibu put in my name, I told her no, I told her to fix it or I wanted to cancel everything....well she sent in to DMV the sr-22 and I received a notice stating I'm only allowed to drive what is registered to me...and today she took another payment from my account and it's only been 2 weeks...I told her I cancelled and I wanted a refund and she said fine but apparently it isn't...I need help...and since then I have gotten insurance thru another company. Resolution Sought I would like my money back...what she did was wrong and she knows it.

I'd like to know why another $43.50 was taken out of my account, that was on 9/15/2021? Also received notice from DMV stating I'm only allowed to drive vehicle registered in my name and I told Ruby that it was gonna be a problem and she said for me to get it in my name and I told her no. I told her it wasn't my vehicle.

Hello we have record that the client received 2 refunds one on 09/01 for $43.13 from our company and she also received a second one from Progressive for $43.50. It looks like the draft from 09/15 matches the refund amount. We have been trying to review the policy with the client over the phone and have had luck, I did send her an email to contact me and she advised that she had nothing to review. She had requested to cancel the policy with the agent on 09/03 I advised we needed a signed cancellation to authorize which I have emailed to her and have not received. To expedite this process we will just need the cancellation form sign as soon as possible.
