Scam Artists

During checkout the box for InsureShip is pre-checked, but when I needed them they refused to return my communications and handle my claim.

Horrible Do Not Payout Claims

Purchased insurance through them, followed their guidelines as well as the ship carrier's guidelines; they are denying my claim based on improper packaging and that it should have been on a pallet. When UPS came to pick up the shipment I confirmed with their driver that size, weight and packaging met their parcel shipping requirements and not FOB, or LTL. Had that been the case and the shipment required palletization then they would have refused to pick up shipment!
