Scam Artists

If this company ever sends you anything, refuse to take the package! This company is a scam and they are trying to send you over-priced toner. They will call your office, get the name of someone who works there, and send you invoices that seem real because they have an employees name on them. I am going to do everything in my power to prevent this from happening to anyone else. If Integrated Supply Center ever mails you anything or calls you...run for the hills.

SCAM

This company is a scam!!! They sent us an invoice for toner we ordered (a set of color toner) back in January. We paid for it and now have received 13 more black toners and are being invoiced for them!!! I have called and spoken to Mike Barrett or Bassett and he will not give me any credit if I send these toners back!! What am I going to do with 13 black toner cartridges?!?! We maybe go through 2 a year! Mike told me I had ordered a case of black toners back in January, which I never did!! He also had called multiple times telling me I should be receiving some sort of VISA gift card, of which I never received, nor do I care to. Do not do business with these people! They are crooks!!!
