I called integrity to see what I could get for my house, but I had a Realtor and I had called Eric buys your home so Mitch from that company came out took pictures of the house and we talked and he wanted to know how much I wanted to sell my house for I said about one hundred thousand dollars are more, we signed 1 sheet of paper he had with him and then my realtor called and told me my house sold for 145000.00 that was great than disaster stuck it's ugly hear out I took the offer from m agent and proceeded to sell the house a few days later my realtor called me to let me know that a 25000.00 Len was put on my house Mitch never left me any paperwork when he left Mitch took that 1 sheet and the file folder with him and I never heard nor seen Mitch again, i know he's white but that's about all I'm so devastated that this fraud happened to me he texted me and said he did nothing wrong to me but he has all the paperwork that i signed and his boss was. Going to call me Monday that was months ago I told him to send the paperwork that I signed to my house and I'm still waiting for paperwork I still have the text he sent me about paperwork he says he has if it be possible to get the paperwork It would be appreciate it this should help me immensely to see paperwork that he said I signed and he has, again I have the text he sent me saying that look I'm 71 yrs. old I just went to know why I'm even going through this with integrity, Eric bossier home my word is my bond I Did Nothing . Resolution Sought To pay the money 145000.00 I should have been for the sell of my house no more nor no less.
