Customer Complaint

I ordered a giraffe Warmies on 11/24/23. I have not received the delivery. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company re: my order via email and phone with no response back. The status of my order on the Warmies website is 'In Transit' (this has been the status for weeks), but per UPS they have not received the package yet. I am unable to file a claim with UPS because the package was never received from the supplier. I called this morning to follow up and when I told the lady on the phone that they are not getting back to me and I want my money back or will file a complaint, the line disconnected/no response/silence. Resolution Sought Investigate if this is a real business/assist in getting me a refund.
