This company advertises swim lessons. I paid for 10 lessons each for my two kids the total amount paid was 680.00. They have given me 5 lessons for the kids and have not returned phone calls or emails about the rest of the lessons. I have requested a refund and for a manger or supervisor to call be back for 2 weeks now and no contact has been made. Their communication has been non existent and they don't ever return calls. Once my money was taken it's been very difficult to reach them. I literally have been calling everyday with no call back. It makes me think this company is a scam. Resolution Sought I would like for my money to be refunded due to them not providing the service and for also not returning phone calls or emails.

We are saddened that you feel that way. We have reviewed your account and see that we have actually answered every call and text message and email you've sent to us. We further see that you were informed that your remaining classes weee placed on hold and added as an account credit to your account for further use. Our refund policy is just as many other swim companies in the area such ad SwimAtlanta, Dynamo Swim, TotsSwim etc. Once classes are blocked which prevents other families from purchasing the classes if there are scheduling conflicts or any other conflicts preventing you from taking the lessons at that time the classes are placed on hold until you are ready to use them.
