terrible contractor do not use unless you do extensive research. you've been warned
Contractor performs unclean and unprofessional work in a very untimely fashion if they show up at all. This contractor failed to turn proper paperwork on time into city as well as to SCE which in turn delayed start of project. Contractors excuse for the delay was because we ourselves, the customer, called to find out the status of planning which was already past deadline. Contractor states he needs completed payment for the job from hero program in order to submit paperwork to SCE for their inspection as well as the PTO. SCE inspector relayed that the install was out of code and felt sorry for our situation and that the paperwork he has is for an upgrade and not for a new install not to mention he was supposed to be contacted first to see if the panel is in order by location and size considering you will be connecting to SCE's equipment. Sounds like something the contractor should have known. This resulted in yet another delay. Contractor was paid in full and has not completed job. My system includes power optimizers that communicate wirelessly what the panels produce and their status over the web. A function I'm still waiting for the contractor to set up long after payoff and by the way only 21 out of 23 are working and the contractors response i told you not to touch anything even though he asked me to do the hook up of the wireless gateway. By any standards not neat or concise. Employees left food debris behind to blow around in my yard. Employees left nails, screws, loose tape and other material behind in the driveway.Employees also left debris on roof such as connectors, pins, zip ties and metal shavings from cutting materials. I was hard pressed to get the contractor to straighten panels that were an eye sore. His response I checked them myself, measured twice, nothings wrong.Ultimately he straightened the panels koo doos for him. But i should not be questioned about very obvious problems.Me and my children had to clean up after grown men to avoid a flat tire and a yard with food and wrappers. Employees are subjected to injury or death because contractor does not provide or even require personal protective equipment while on job site. Makes you wonder where he gets his employees.Contractor willingly blows smoke around to mask his short comings and to make himself look like he's gonna do you a solid. Untrained, Unprofessional Untimely And Very condescending!!! That is if you like that type of stuff Hes definitely your man A.K.A. Marcus Beale.
