I live up a hollow in a small town in Virgie Ky, now I get that living in a rural area some areas are limited with privileges.. Now with that in mind not even 800 feet below my household they have the exact privileges that I can't seem to get because this company doesn't want to take the time to rerun the line for 1 household with 3 kids that just want what every child wants Internet, Tv, phone. In fact it would be 2 households signing up with this company, but they say it has to be at least 3 separate households before they will run a line, that back in 1993 when a big snowfall came and broke the line the same company wouldn't even come and get the line out if the middle of the rd. I'm fed up with not be able to have the same accommodations that my neighbors have. How is that really right? Resolution Sought I want this company to come and repair a line that they have neglected since 1993 so at least my kids can have what every other kid has. Not to mention my son has a heart defect and I can't even get a decent landline phone to be able to call out and get emergency help for him. Yes I. Have a a cell phone but I live in a dead zone and can't good service..

Internet & cable has been out since August 10th. (8 days) with no estimated time of repair. Each time you call to inquire about it, you are told a ticket is open. Resolution Sought Get the internet & cable back on. Prorate the bill.
